RJW Logistics Group in Joliet, IL is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team responsible for moving products safely, accurately and on time. You will set the floor tone with a strong focus on safety, quality and productivity while developing the associates who make it happen.

This role operates Sunday to Wednesday, 3:30 PM – 2:30 AM, and is not remote. You will plan daily workloads, ensure orders are picked and shipped to spec, manage documentation, and partner with Customer Solutions and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Experience leading diverse teams with high safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance standards.
• Experience planning labor and assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); strong computer and data entry skills.
• Clear and confident communication; able to set expectations and coordinate with internal/external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a hands-on approach to supporting the operation.

• Ensure all orders are picked, staged, loaded and shipped accurately, on time and in compliance with customer specifications and RJW standards.
• Oversee accurate, timely documentation and system transactions (BOLs, manifests, receipts, adjustments and other required paperwork).
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture on the dock and in the warehouse, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Customer Solutions/Customer Service and other supervisors to resolve issues, ensure smooth shift handoffs and deliver a consistent experience for associates and customers.

• Please note this position is not remote and RJW will not be providing relocation assistance.

Schedule/Shift: Sunday - Wednesday (D Shift) / 3:30 PM - 2:30 AM (Hours may vary based on business needs)

Salary: $65-$70k annual

What You Will Do

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3+ years of previous warehouse supervisory/managerial experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team while holding high standards for safety, accuracy, productivity and attendance.
• Experience planning labor and work assignments in a high-volume, deadline-driven operation.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS); strong overall computer and data entry skills.
• Clear and confident communication skills - able to set expectations, give feedback and partner effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a “roll up your sleeves” approach to supporting the operation.
