Job summary

Bitwarden is seeking an outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will develop a deep understanding of the sales process, research leads, initiate relationships, and set up the sales team for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outbound sales experience in the technology/SaaS space.
• Experience using a CRM tool such as HubSpot, Outreach, or a similar engagement tool.
• Experience using prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar, particularly in Enterprise B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads by prospecting and engaging potential Mid-Market and Enterprise clients through outbound outreach.
• Manage and maintain an outbound sales pipeline, ensuring lead and prospect qualification.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
