Outbound Lead Coordinator

Location: San Diego, CA (In-office)

Type: Full Time

Pay: $30–$36 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Why this role matters

We support both HVAC and plumbing and we have thousands of past customers, canceled appointments, and unsold estimates. When follow-up is fast and consistent, customers are taken care of and schedules stay full. When it isn’t, opportunities are missed. This role exists to make sure no lead falls through the cracks.

What you’ll do
  • Make outbound calls and texts daily to:
    • Unsold HVAC and plumbing estimates
    • Canceled appointments
    • Past customers and maintenance opportunities
  • Book tune‑ups, inspections, and follow‑up appointments
  • Create and manage leads and follow‑ups in ServiceTitan
  • Keep every open lead updated with clear notes, status, and next steps
  • Close out leads cleanly when customers move forward, decline, or confirm replacement
  • Keep outbound lists organized, current, and prioritized
  • Lead day‑to‑day outbound execution by example and help keep the team on track
  • Identify additional outbound opportunities inside ServiceTitan
  • Support HVAC and plumbing cross‑sell follow‑up as programs roll out
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to keep schedules full, especially during slower periods
Role scope

This is a lead execution role with ownership over outbound follow‑up and lead recovery. You’ll lead by example and have real influence on how outbound work is executed day to day. This is not a formal people‑management role (no hiring, firing, or discipline responsibilities). You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, who remains accountable for operational decisions and performance management.

You’ll be a great fit if you
  • Have experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services (strongly preferred)
  • Are comfortable with high‑volume outbound calling and texting
  • Are organized and don’t let follow‑ups slip
  • Take ownership and follow through without being chased
  • Can lead peers by example without needing a title
  • Have ServiceTitan experience (a plus, not required)
