A HVAC service provider in San Diego is seeking an Outbound Lead Coordinator to manage customer follow-ups for HVAC and plumbing services. The role requires making outbound calls to unsold estimates and past customers, booking appointments, and maintaining organized follow-up lists. We support both HVAC and plumbing and we have thousands of past customers, canceled appointments, and unsold estimates. When follow-up is fast and consistent, customers are taken care of and schedules stay full. When it isn’t, opportunities are missed. This role exists to make sure no lead falls through the cracks.
This is a lead execution role with ownership over outbound follow‑up and lead recovery. You’ll lead by example and have real influence on how outbound work is executed day to day. This is not a formal people‑management role (no hiring, firing, or discipline responsibilities). You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager, who remains accountable for operational decisions and performance management.
