Job summary

DASI, LLC. in Miami, FL is seeking an Outbound Supervisor to ensure that all outgoing material and paperwork meet customer requirements and our QMS.

You will lead a small team, perform inspections, manage data entry in the DASI database, train new hires, and support continuous improvement with QA.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 3+ years related experience.
• Experience in aerospace or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of 8130s and EASA Form One is a plus.
• Able to perform light to moderate lifting.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspections of outgoing parts and verify trace documents.
• Familiar with Maintenance Release certificates such as 8130s, EASA Form One.
• Enter, verify, and validate data in the DASI database.
• Organize workflow and assign duties to staff.
• Identify issues and provide support per operating standards.
• Train and onboard new hires.
• Oversee daily duties to ensure quality and procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and timecard approvals.
• Collaborate with QA on continuous improvement projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
