dsm-firmenich is seeking an Outbound Delivery Planner for the second shift in Princeton, NJ. You will coordinate daily production flow, inventory, and customer orders, generating pick packs and communicating status to stakeholders.

The role requires SAP experience and familiarity with flavor and fragrance supply chains. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including physical duties and PPE usage where

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous SAP experience in a manufacturing setting is expected.
• Knowledge of flavor and fragrance supply chain operations is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods (60%–90%).
• Physical ability to lift 35 lb and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to wear PPE as required.

Outbound Delivery Planner– 2nd Shift

Princeton, NJ

We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support the daily flow of production, inventory, and customer orders. In this role, you’ll coordinate scheduling, monitor inventory and order status, prepare production jobs, and help resolve material and batch discrepancies. You’ll partner closely with Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, and Customer Service to keep operations running smoothly across all shifts. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a fast-paced manufacturing operation.

Your key responsibilities

• Generate pick pack for Outbound Delivery Planner (OBD) through the execution of diverse reports and transactions.
• Communicate information to internal stakeholders to uphold accurate goods issue dates, ensuring customers are updated with the latest order management details.
• Inform the quality department of available batches that do not align with batch strategy requirements.
• Notify customer service about SUT mismatches between sales orders and available inventory.
• Review material and inventory discrepancy.
• Collaborate with manufacturing supervisors to execute repack orders.
• Close containers including, properly crimping containers, and apply tamper evidence seals

You bring

• High School diploma or equivalent experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Previous SAP experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of flavor and fragrance supply chain operations.
• Ability to be on your feet 60% - 90% of the day.
• Regularly lift a 35 lb. product hose; frequently move, lift, pull & push up to 50 lbs.
• Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $31.00- $33.00.

In addition to base salary, we also offer a comprehensive total rewards package, inclusive of annual incentive pay, a retirement savings plan, health care coverage, paid time off, recognition programs and a broad range of other benefits.
