Job summary

Young Automotive Group in Riverdale, UT is hiring Customer Service Representatives / Outbound Call Specialists at the Dodge Riverdale location. The role involves calling customers to schedule service appointments, sending reminders, and supporting the service team in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

A base pay of $15/hour plus commission and bonuses is offered. Strong communicators who enjoy helping customers and can work with CRM systems will thrive.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Interest in growth opportunities within the organization
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
