Job summary

Vrinda International seeks a Consultant specializing in Oracle Utilities OUAF, CC&B, and C2M. You will lead technical architecture and end-to-end implementations, ensuring seamless integration of billing and payment solutions. The role requires deep lifecycle knowledge and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Key duties include designing OUAF-based solutions, managing CC&B/C2M projects, configuring payments and GL processes, and building SQL data models for accurate billing and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on IT services experience focused on Oracle utilities solutions.
• Proven expertise in OUAF/ORMB architecture and the OUAF framework, including 4GL scripting.
• Strong track record in full-cycle CC&B and C2M implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Payments & Collections workflows and GL integrations.
• Proficient in SQL and CC&B data model understanding.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder expectation management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead technical solutions using OUAF and 4GL scripting.
• Manage end-to-end CC&B and C2M implementation projects.
• Oversee configuration/integration of payments, collections, and GL ops.
• Develop data models with SQL to support billing/reporting.
• Act as technical liaison between teams and stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on OUAF and ORMB architecture for performance.
