Job summary

Schneider is looking for an Over-the-Road (OTR) Van Truckload truck driver in Texas. This role offers a predictable pay structure and home time every other week. You will drive within the Eastern 37 states, primarily handling drop-and-hook freight that requires no-touch delivery.

The position includes weekly pay ranging from $1,040 to $1,275, along with sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, and various benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage. An inclusive company culture and CDL training programs are also provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• HazMat endorsement is a preferred qualification.
• Possession of a passport, FAST card, or Enhanced CDL opens more opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Utilize predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight.
• Make deliveries primarily drop-and-hook, typically involving no-touch freight.
