Job summary

Schneider National in Phoenix, AZ is seeking professional truck drivers with a Class A CDL. This role offers mileage pay plus hourly pay on duty, a first-year guarantee, and a comprehensive benefits package. Expect mostly drop-and-hook freight and 95% no-touch, with routes across all 48 states.

You will be part of a team supported by a coaching program for new drivers, with sign-on bonuses and performance bonuses, plus paid orientation and time off benefits after probation.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred.
• Passport or FAST card and Enhanced CDL can expand opportunities.
• Resident within 125 miles of Phoenix or 75 miles of Flagstaff/Kingman/Yuma.

Responsibilities

• Operate freight across all 48 states with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook.
• Adhere to safety policies and applicable regulations while driving.
• Coordinate with orientation and coaching for new drivers.
