Swift Transportation Sparks, NV terminal is hiring OTR drivers to move freight coast-to-coast from Nevada with a strong earning potential. Top 25% of OTR drivers at Sparks terminal average $1,600 weekly; trip pay ranges from $0.43–$0.58 per mile based on route and experience.

Home monthly and weekly paychecks, plus a comprehensive benefits package and performance bonuses. Starting July 13, 2026, eligible OTR Company Drivers are guaranteed a minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
• Must pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder, none within 5 years if Non CDL-A holder.
• No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
• No drug-related conviction in the last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR routes coast-to-coast delivering freight.
• Adhere to safety, DOT and company policies; maintain logs and reports.
