Penske Logistics in Delaware, OH, is seeking full-time CDL Class A OTR Truck Drivers. You’ll drive late-model Penske equipment on long-haul routes with 2000–2100 miles weekly and earn a strong compensation package with comprehensive benefits from day one.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL and U.S. domicile.
• DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years or 2 years in last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR with two or fewer violations or accidents.
• Follow all laws and regulations; safety is essential.
• Regular, predictable attendance required.
• English language proficiency required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload freight using electric pallet jacks.
• Average 18 to 22 stops per week.
• Average 50 to 60 hours per week.

Immediate Opportunities: Full-time Class A OTR Truck Drivers

• Average $105658 annually
• $10000 Sign-On Bonus

You will drive:

• Late model, Penske Truck Leasing trucks
• Automatic day cabs and sleepers
• Best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
• Equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras helping to ensure safety for all

What you will do:

• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload freight using electric pallet jacks
• Average 18 to 22 stops per week
• Average 50 to 60 hours per week

Schedule:

• 5-day work week
• 1 to 3 layovers per week (out-and-back runs)
• Multiple openings available with AM and PM dispatches
• Consistent routes with 2000 to 2100 miles per week

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
• 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• In order to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)), this role requires English language proficiency.
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
• This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
