Job summary

Riley Industrial Services in Farmington, NM is seeking an experienced Tire Technician to join our growing team. You will service and repair over-the-road truck tires and help ensure safe, efficient roadside and shop tire support.

Candidates should have hands-on tire experience, a valid driver's license, and a commitment to safety and reliability. CDL is preferred but not required. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Experience with over-the-road truck tires required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record required.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, replace, and maintain over-the-road truck tires.
• Perform tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs.
• Conduct tire inspections and identify wear patterns or safety concerns.
• Respond to service calls and roadside tire repairs as needed.
• Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment in a safe and clean condition.
• Complete service documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with drivers, customers, and team members.
