Job summary

DSV - Global transport and logistics in the USA (Texas region) seeks dedicated Class A OTR Team Drivers to move high-value freight coast-to-coast. You’ll operate dry van and reefer trailers, uphold safety standards, and work within a strong team to ensure on-time delivery and premium service.

Applicants must be an active driving team; solo drivers are not considered. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid orientation, and more, with competitive CPM split between drivers.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 2 yrs verified experience in past 4 yrs; 3+ preferred.
• Must have TWIC Card or be eligible to obtain one.
• No positive drug or alcohol test in past 5 yrs.
• No accident involving bodily injury in past 3 yrs.
• No DUI/DWI or serious tickets in past 5 yrs.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a team to transport high-value, time-sensitive freight across long-haul OTR routes.
• Safely operate van and reefer trailers and monitor reefers for temperature control.
• Maintain accurate logs, hours of service, and delivery paperwork.
• Route plan, communicate with dispatch, and meet delivery timelines.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and assist in loading/unloading as needed.
