Covenant Transport is seeking CDL-A Team Drivers for OTR and dedicated runs. Covenant is a leading teaming carrier, offering reliable miles and consistent home time. Home time is every 3 weeks, with a focus on driver satisfaction and team success.

Compensation includes mileage pay up to $0.82/mile based on experience, a weekly minimum of $1,500, and an $8,000 sign-on bonus per team ($4,000 per driver). Benefits and a strong driver advocacy are provided.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Team driving and OTR/dedicated experience preferred.
• Safety and compliance responsibilities are expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a CDL-A team driver on OTR/dedicated lanes.
• Adhere to hours of service and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with partner driver and dispatcher to optimize routes.
