Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices is hiring for OTR dry van and reefer positions across the nation. CDL is required, with at least 1 year of 53' tractor trailer OTR experience or 6 months plus 120 hours from a driving school; trainees accepted with no experience.

EXPERIENCE: No tickets on MVR, no prior major violations. TWIC card required; carrier will assist with costs. W2 with health benefits and 401k available. All miles paid, with home time in rotation.

Qualifications

• CDL license required with 120 hour school in past 6 months
• NoTickets on MVR or recent violations
• Trainees may have no experience; other paths require 6–12 months OTR or 120 hours school
• TWIC card is required and carrier covers related costs
• Urine drug screen is mandatory for all drivers
• No criminal history or major violations in lifetime

Responsibilities

• Drop & Hook - Live Load/Unload, no touch freight
• OTR runs across all 48 states
• Paid per mile: starting at $0.50 CPM with progressive raises
