Job summary

Navajo Express is seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for OTR refrigerated freight. Expect 2,600–3,000 miles per week and 99% no-touch loads, with favorable hometime options.

Earn $85,000–$90,000 per year for top drivers, plus a $300 clean roadside bonus, full health benefits, and a pet & rider policy. The ISAAC ELD is provided and lease options for 2024–2026 model trucks are available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL
• 21 years of age or older
• 6 months of OTR tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years
• Good MVR (reviewed case by case)
• No DUI/DWI within the past 3 years, and no felony within the past 5 years
• Credible work history

Responsibilities

• Run OTR refrigerated freight across our network with 99% no-touch loads.
• Average 2,600-3,000 miles per week.
• Earn 1 day of hometime for every week out, with new hometime options to get home more or stay out and earn more.
