Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Company Driver to safely and efficiently transport goods using late-model trucks. You will be responsible for compliant operation, accurate logs, and adherence to DOT regulations.

Earn up to $0.63 per mile with sign-on and safety bonuses; weekly direct deposit; benefits including health, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, paid vacation, 401(k) matching, life insurance, rider/pet policies and no forced dispatch.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• Two years of recent OTR experience.
• No more than three speeding violations in the last three years.
• No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the last three years.
• No felonies in the past five years.

• Operate trucks governed at 70 MPH, complete electronic logs, conduct DOT inspections, and utilize fuel cards.


• Enjoy benefits like extra drop pay and bonus pay for clean inspections.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 24 years old with two years of recent OTR experience.


• No more than three speeding violations in three years, no preventable DOT recordable accidents in three years, and no felonies in the past five years.

Skills & Equipment:

• Experience with electronic logs/Omnitrac, proficient in managing inverters, APUs, and refrigerators in trucks.


• Familiarity with modern tractor features is preferred.
