Job summary

Black Hills Trucking LLC is seeking a Heavy Haul Driver/OTR Driver to join our Casper, WY terminal team. This full-time role involves long-haul deliveries, strict safety standards, compliance with DOT rules, and coordination with dispatch to keep loads on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years OTR experience.
• Ability to meet DOT physical and drug/alcohol testing requirements.
• Acceptable MVR and safety-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to be on the road for extended periods.
• Ability to manage oversize and overweight loads.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle for long-haul deliveries.
• Adhere to all DOT and company safety and compliance standards.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and activities.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding load status, delays, or issues.
• Deliver freight on schedule and handle paperwork at pickup/drop-off.
• Secure cargo properly and ensure load integrity.
