Job summary

Paul Transportation Inc. is seeking a CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver for OTR routes from the Concord, North Carolina area. You will haul building materials such as lumber, metals, and coils across Midwest to East Coast lanes, with late-model equipment from 2025–2027.

Training is provided for load securement and tarp handling, and a full benefits package is offered from day one along with a 401(k) match and a paid life policy. Most runs include $0.64 CPM plus $0.10 CPM on oversized loads.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required and must have flatbed experience.
• OTR driving with hauling building materials (lumber, metals, coils).
• Experience with oversized loads is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR flatbed routes hauling building materials.
• Navigate Midwest to East Coast lanes as needed.
• Ensure tarps are applied and loads secured safely.
