Job summary

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed drivers for OTR routes with a strong pay package and full benefits. Earn $0.55 to $0.60 per mile, plus weekly earnings of $1,045.00 to $2,185.17 depending on experience, routes, and attendance.

A $1,800 transition package including orientation pay is offered, with a focus on late-model equipment and safety tech. Orientation is provided in Spokane, Washington; arrive Monday, and truck assignment occurs quickly.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Must have a valid Class A driver's license (CDL-A)
• REQUIRED: Minimum of 4+ months of driving experience required
• REQUIRED: A safe driving record on the road
• REQUIRED: Must be 21 years of age or older
• REQUIRED: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• PREFERRED: 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
• REQUIRED: Background check required
• REQUIRED: A clean drug test required
• REQUIRED: Clean clearinghouse results required
• REQUIRED: For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads.
