Job summary

Amanwithaplanservices is hiring for an interstate OTR driver (OTR Dry Van) with 53-foot tractor-trailer experience. Must have CDL and pass a hair follicle drug screen. Drivers will run 48 states, operate on a drop & hook, live load/unload, with no touch freight.

W2 position with benefits; home time 2-3 weeks out, 2-3 days home, 1 day home per 7 days out. Pay starts at 0.57–0.66 cpm depending on experience, with weekly average earnings of $1,250–$1,350.

Qualifications

• CDL with clean record; no incidents past year.
• 3 months 53' tractor trailer experience within last year required.
• Hair follicle drug screen mandatory for drivers.
• No Sap Drivers policy is enforced.

Responsibilities

• Operate 53' tractor-trailer across all 48 states.
• Drop & hook with live load/unload; no touch freight.
• Adhere to company policies including drug screening and HR requirements.
