Job summary

Turquoise Trucking is seeking an experienced OTR Conestoga/Step Deck Driver to haul freight safely and efficiently across the United States. Using modern equipment and a driver-focused support team, you’ll handle Conestoga and step deck loads, ensuring proper securement, tarping, and DOT-compliant operations.

Responsibilities include pre/post-trip inspections, accurate ELD logging, communication with dispatch, and professional customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience operating over-the-road (OTR) routes across the U.S.
• Familiarity with Conestoga and step deck trailers and proper securement/tarping.
• Proven ability to perform pre- and post-trip inspections according to DOT requirements.
• Experience with ELD logging and compliant dispatch communications.

Responsibilities

• Haul Conestoga and step deck loads safely across the U.S.
• Perform detailed pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Ensure proper tarping and securement of all loads.
• Maintain DOT-compliant logging and trucking logs.
