GEX Transport is seeking a trainee driver to join our team for an on‑the‑road training program. The role offers paid instruction with a Driver Mentor and the opportunity to advance into long‑haul operations.

You will perform inspections, deliver freight on schedule, operate a Class A tractor trailer on long routes, keep logs and trip paperwork, and communicate professionally with dispatch and driver managers.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with at least 120 hours of training.
• Minimum age 21 with valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean MVR and background.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Inspect trucks and equipment as required.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Operate a Class A tractor trailer on long-haul routes.
