Job summary

GEX Transport in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Class A truck driver for over-the-road routes. The position offers steady pay, reliable freight, and weekly earnings between $1,300 and $1,500.

You will run long-haul trips with 2,500–3,200 miles weekly, enjoy two weeks on the road with two days at home, and must meet the basic requirements. Qualified applicants have a CDL A, 6 months OTR or regional experience, and a clean MVR; DOT drug screening will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid CDL Class A license.
• CDL school certificate with at least 120 hours.
• Clean MVR and background.
• Ability to pass D.O.T drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Operate a Class A tractor trailer on long haul routes.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip paperwork.
