Job summary

GEX Transport seeks CDL Class A drivers for long‑haul routes in Fresno, CA. This position offers steady freight, paid over‑the‑road training with a Driver Mentor, and paid orientation, with weekly pay between $1,300 and $1,500.

Average weekly miles are 2,500–3,200. Home time is 2 weeks over‑the‑road and 2 days at home. Requirements include 21+, CDL Class A, CDL school (120 hours), clean MVR/background, and ability to pass a DOT drug screen.

Qualifications

• Paid Over-the-road training with a Driver Mentor.
• Must have 6 months of Over‑the‑road or regional experience to qualify for experienced driver.
• Minimum age of 21 with a valid CDL Class A license.
• CDL school certificate with at least 120 hours.
• Clean M.V.R and background.
• Ability to pass D.O.T drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Operate a Class A tractor trailer on long haul routes.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and driver managers.
