Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking a Trainee driver in Flagstaff, AZ. This paid over-the-road training includes a Driver Mentor to guide you through steady freight and operations.

Home time is 2 weeks OTR with 2 days at home. Compensation is $1300 to $1500 per week. You will operate a Class A tractor trailer on long-haul routes, complete inspections, maintain logs, and coordinate with dispatch and driver managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid CDL Class A license.
• CDL school certificate with at least 120 hours.
• Clean MVR and background.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Operate a Class A tractor trailer on long haul routes.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and driver managers.
