Job summary

Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Class A tanker driver (OTR) to support projects across California. This full-time, non-exempt role requires a valid CDL with Tanker endorsement and the ability to work extended hours on active construction projects.

You will haul between client facilities and job sites, perform pre-trip inspections, log hours, follow DOT regulations, and maintain safety. Inland Empire and Southern California candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker endorsement.
• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience.
• Experience hauling liquids or similar materials preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver compliance.
• Ability to work up to 14 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A tanker trucks transporting between client facilities and job sites
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of tractor and tanker equipment
• Monitor load integrity and ensure safe operation of tanker valves and pumping equipment
• Maintain accurate driver logs, inspection reports, and trip documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, project supervisors, and job site personnel
• Follow designated hauling routes and schedules to support project operations
• Maintain awareness of site safety requirements and environmental compliance standards
• Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately to management
• Maintain professional conduct while representing Ecology Auto Parts on active project sites
