Fraley & Schilling is seeking an OTR Class A Flatbed Driver based in Martin, Tennessee. The role offers home weekly with an average of 48 hours at home, a mix of drop and hook and live loads, and favorable benefits including an ESOP plan and health insurance options.

Conestoga, dry van, and flatbed positions are available with percentage pay up to 30% based on production. Eligible drivers are paid for the first and second 34‑hour resets at $200 and $300 respectively.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required for OTR flatbed routes.
• Average weekly pay shown: $1,500–$1,800.
