Job summary

G.E.X Transport is seeking a trainee CDL-A driver for OTR routes with paid training from a qualified driver mentor. The program offers two weeks of over-the-road experience followed by two days at home, with weekly compensation between $1,300 and $1,500.

Average weekly mileage ranges from 2,500 to 3,200 miles. Experienced drivers with OTR or regional backgrounds may qualify for higher pay. Excellent safety and logs discipline are expected to maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with valid CDL Class A license.
• CDL school certificate with at least 120 hours.
• Clean MVR and background.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer on long-haul routes.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and driver managers.
