Job summary

Steve Ford Trucking is seeking experienced Class A truck drivers for regional and OTR runs. Expect home every other weekend with trips mainly east of I-35 and a strict policy of 100% no-touch freight and no NYC routing.

Assigned trucks go home during off time, with riders and pets allowed from day one. Positions offer outward-facing cameras only, with per-week pay scales and benefits including health, dental, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license with minimum 4 months of experience.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
• No terminations from previous employer for any reason.
• Must pass a pre-employment urine drug screen.
• Outward-facing cameras only.

Responsibilities

• Operate OTR routes primarily east of I-35, avoid NYC.
• Complete 100% no-touch freight with 80% drop & hook.
• Riders and pets allowed from day one; assign home time per policy.
• Drive assigned truck and maintain vehicle and safety standards.
