Job summary

Blue Trucking is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to haul USPS mail loads on preplanned routes across designated lanes. This high-mileage OTR position offers steady miles, a fixed weekly rate, and modern equipment.

Candidates must have a clean CDL, 3+ months OTR, pass DOT drug screening, and be willing to be on the road for extended periods (typical home time every 10–14 days). Home time will vary by performance and loads.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Strong commitment to safety and professional driving habits.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (home time every 10–14 days).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport USPS loads across assigned lanes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with Hours of Service (HOS).
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and follow route plans.
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
