Job summary

Jusczak Trucking, a family-owned trucking company, seeks an experienced OTR driver for a dedicated lane between Monroe, Louisiana and Indianapolis, Indiana. You will operate sleeper trucks on an ongoing schedule, completing two or more trips weekly.

Pay is $1,200 per trip with a flat rate for each completed run. Applicants should have a valid Class A CDL, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug tests. Flexibility and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with manual transmission endorsement.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in 3–5 years.
• DOT physical exam and valid medical card.
• At least 5 years Class A driving experience preferred.
• Experience with hauling various freight types is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated lane between Monroe, LA and Indianapolis, IN and back, two or more trips per week.
• Maintain driver logs, inspection reports, and required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety standards.
