Job summary

Blue Trucking is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for USPS dedicated, fixed-rate routes. This full-time OTR position focuses on preplanned USPS loads across the Midwest, South, and Southeast with no West Coast or far Northeast lanes.

Expect consistent miles, about 2,300 USD take-home weekly on performance, weekly direct deposit, late-model trucks, and mostly drop-and-hook freight. Home time is typically every 10–14 days, depending on runs and performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience.
• Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Strong commitment to safety and professional driving habits.
• Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (home time every 10–14 days).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport preplanned USPS loads across assigned lanes.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with Hours of Service regulations.
• Secure loads properly and ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow route plans.
• Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies.
