Fraley & Schilling is hiring for an OTR Class A CDL driving role in Lancaster, PA. This position covers Conestoga, Dry Van and Flatbed loads with a mix of drop and hook and live loads.

Average weekly earnings range from $1,500 to $1,800, with home weekly for about 48 hours. We also offer a 34-hour reset pay opportunity ($200 first reset, $300 second), plus an ESOP and health insurance.

Qualifications

• OTR driving position requiring a valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Experience with long-haul trucking and varied load types preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate Conestoga, Dry Van and Flatbed loads on OTR routes.
• Complete drop and hook or live-load shipments and maintain timely deliveries.
