LEM Trucking in Florence, SC is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to haul dry van freight on established OTR lanes. Expect 2,500–3,000 miles weekly with home time every other week and six additional days off each month.

Assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (2020+), with weekly earnings typically $1,200–$1,600 and potential for guaranteed weekly pay after 30 days. Successful drivers will operate safely, meet performance targets, and benefit from a stable schedule with consistent freight flows

Qualifications

• Class A CDL required
• 3 months experience required
• OTR driving experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned Kenworth T680 tractors (2020 or newer) for dry van freight.
• Maintain and ensure on-time deliveries and adherence to schedule.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance as needed.
