Job summary

Brady Trucking Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA is hiring Pneumatic Dry Bulk Over the Road CDL-A Truck Drivers. The role offers a 3 weeks on the road, 1 week off schedule, with optional longer deployments. Drivers deliver across the US, enjoying a dynamic and rewarding driving experience.

We require a CDL-A, at least 6 months or 50,000 miles of verifiable tractor-trailer experience, and the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Pneumatic experience preferred; no major violations in recent years.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• Minimum 6 months or 50,000 miles verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Pneumatic experience preferred.
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test.
• No DUI/DWI/DWAI or BAC convictions within past 5 years.
• No major driving violations in past 3 years.
• No more than 2 accidents in past 36 months.
• No more than 3 moving violations in past 36 months.
• Driving under suspension reviewed case-by-case.

Responsibilities

• Drive pneumatic dry bulk routes across the US with a CDL-A.
• Maintain safe driving practices in compliance with DOT rules.
• Adhere to Brady Trucking’s safety policies and schedules.
• Be courteous and professional with customers and dispatch.
• Participate in scheduling preferences when possible.

• No following-too-closely violations resulting in an accident within the past 3 years
• No more than 2 accidents in the past 36 months
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months
• Driving under suspension will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
