Penske is seeking experienced CDL Class A drivers for a true OT R role covering 48 states. This full-time position offers backhaul-heavy routes, 8–10 day cycles, 65 hours weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Sleeper cab tractors, modern Penske equipment, and safety-focused operations ensure reliability and comfort. Expect to drive 8–10 days per cycle with layovers, home domicile returns, and a payroll paid every Friday.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required; domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence.
• Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in 3 years or 2 years in 5 years.
• DMV/MVR with few moving violations or accidents.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• English proficiency required by federal law.

Responsibilities

• Deliver garage doors and related components to customer locations.
• PICK up and deliver backhaul freight across multiple states.
• Complete live load and live unload deliveries.
• Manage 5–6 stops per week while maintaining route efficiency.
