Job summary

GEX Transport in Kentucky is seeking CDL Class A truck drivers for long-haul routes. Weekly earnings range from $1,300 to $1,500, with paid orientation and a driver mentor to help you get started.

Requirements include a minimum age of 21 with a valid CDL Class A, a CDL school certificate (120 hours), a clean MVR and background, and the ability to pass a DOT drug screen. Experience of 6 months OT/R or regional preferred. Home time is 2 weeks over-the-road and 2 days at home.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 with a valid CDL Class A license.
• CDL school certificate with at least 120 hours.
• Clean MVR and background.
• Ability to pass D.O.T drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required inspections.
• Deliver freight safely and on schedule.
• Operate a Class A tractor trailer on long haul routes.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip paperwork.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and driver managers.
