Job summary

Swift Transportation is hiring for an over-the-road (OTR) CDL-A driving position out of Gary, IN. The lane runs from the Gulf of Mexico to Canada, with bi-weekly home time and a pay structure including weekly guaranteed pay and per-mile earnings. A new driver training program is available.

Drivers may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Starting pay includes $1,250 average weekly pay with guaranteed minimums of $1,000 per week during the first 90 days of solo driving.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required and valid
• Must pass DOT physical and drug test
• No DUI within 10 years if CDL-A holder; no major driving violations in past 5 years
