Tharp Consulting is hiring a CDL-A Truck Driver for OTR and regional refrigerated freight. You will operate late-model tractors and reefers to move temperature-controlled cargo across regional and nationwide routes.

Maintain compliant logs under DOT/FMCSA, perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers. A safety-minded, driver-first mindset ensures reliable service and cargo integrity on every load.

Formación

• Valid CDL-A license is required.
• Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA compliance and log requirements.
• Strong safety focus and attention to detail during inspections.
• Effective communication and professional customer service.
• Ability to maintain temperature-controlled freight integrity.

Responsabilidades
