Covenant Transport is seeking an OTR CDL-A Team Truck Driver in El Dorado, Kansas. Earn $100,000+ per driver, with top teams earning $200,000+ and weekly together $1,768-$2,100. A $1,500 weekly guarantee is offered along with 5,200–5,600 team miles weekly on dedicated freight.

100% Drop & Hook, No-Touch Freight ensures consistent load handling. New drivers may access a paid mentorship program, and pay is $0.61-$0.67 CPM for teams.

Qualifications

• CDL-A required for team tractor-trailer operation.
• Willingness to team drive on OTR routes.
• Experience with no-touch freight is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 5,200–5,600 team miles every week on dedicated freight.
• Operate 100% Drop & Hook, No-Touch Freight.
• Get paid while you sleep as your partner keeps the freight.
