Job summary

BB8 Freight Company is seeking CDL-A reefer drivers to work on the road under a 1099 contract. You will operate late‑model equipment with a focus on safety, dependability, and efficiency, backed by supportive dispatch and a driver‑friendly culture.

Expect weekly pay from $2,500 to $3,500, with a pay structure of 28–30% of load gross. Direct deposit every Friday, plus safety, referral, and inspection bonuses, and favorable home-time—3 weeks out with 4 full days at home, returning on day 5.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience (verifiable).
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 2 years.
• NO SAP.
• NO CALIFORNIA CDLS.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A reefer truck.
• Complete daily pre-trip inspections.
• Secure and transport freight safely & efficiently.
