Job summary

Trimac Transportation in Oak Park, IL is seeking professional Class A CDL drivers to haul general chemicals across all 48 states. You’ll be dispatched for 3 weeks, with a 1-week home period, operating a route spanning the continental US with a focus on safety and reliability.

The role offers guaranteed pay between $4,500 and $6,500 per week, weekly direct deposit, and additional pay for loaded and empty miles.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer experience.
• Tankers and Hazmat required; passport and TWIC may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely delivering shipments to assigned customers.
• Completion of all required paperwork, including signatures and bill of ladings.
• Maintaining and complying with state and federal laws.
• Obeying DOT and FMCSA E-log requirements.
• Submitting all load documents in a timely manner.
• Upholding a professional attitude at all times.
• Keeping load appointments on time and as scheduled.
