Job summary

TruckDriverJobs411.com is seeking a Company Driver for a full-time position. Whether you are a new grad or experienced, you will be trained on load securement, chains, binders, straps and tarping.

You’ll work solo in your own truck after trainer sign-off and haul steel, lumber, building materials and military equipment on real OTR flatbed routes. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 25+ years old, current DOT medical card, and a clean MVR/PSP.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; new grads welcome.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Pass DOT drug screen and background check.
• Clean MVR and PSP.
• No DUI or major license issues.
• No more than 2 moving violations in 3 years.
• Able to stay out 4 weeks at a time.
• Hardworking and motivated.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a Company Driver on flatbed.
• Haul steel, lumber, building materials, and military equipment.
• Learn load securement and tarping during training.

Got your Class A CDL? New grad or experienced, we have a seat for you! Most carriers want 1-2 years before they'll put you on a flatbed. We don't. MDX Must sign in Inc trains you on load securement, chains, binders, straps and tarping, and you're paid the whole time you learn. Solo in your own truck after trainer sign-off. 2 Must sign in Volvo VNL & Freight Must sign in r Cascadia automatics with APU, inverter and fridge. Real OTR flatbed: Hauling steel, lumber, building materials and military equipment!

Requirements

• 25 years or older

• Able to stay out 4 weeks at a time
• Hardworking, Motivated and Ready to put in the work!

Pay and Benefits

• 1,500-5,000/week (25%-30%)
• New drivers start at 25% of load revenue
• 1% raise every month up to 30%, based on good driving performance
• Paid weekly via direct deposit every Friday
• Experienced drivers: starting percentage based on experience
• 4 weeks out and 5 days home or 3 weeks out and 3 days home.
