Job summary

Blackhawk Transport is hiring dedicated company drivers for OTR runs. New hires can earn $95,000–$102,000 per year with a $5,000 sign-on and a $1,000 referral bonus. Drivers are paid by the mile (.65 cpm; increases to .67 cpm after first year) and can run about 2,900 miles per week.

No tarp required; pet and rider programs may apply. Additional pay includes intermediate stop pay, and bonuses for safety, referrals, and inspections. Remote orientation is available.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL is required.
• Minimum 12 months of CDL-A truck driving experience.
• Safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Drive OTR or team routes and meet trip deadlines.
• Plan trips to maximize earnings and on-time deliveries.
• Maintain logs, compliance with DOT regulations, and safety standards.
