Job summary

UNIS Transportation is seeking experienced Over-The-Road CDL Class A Drivers to move non-hazardous freight across the Lower 48 states with safety and efficiency at the forefront. As a primary driver, you will operate modern sleeper trucks and 53’ dry vans, maintain pre- and post-trip inspections, and deliver no-touch freight while upholding UNIS standards of reliability and service.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license and eligibility to operate CMVs.
• Minimum 1–2 years of verifiable OTR driving across multiple states.
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently transport non-hazardous freight across the Lower 48 states, ensuring compliance with HOS and laws.
• Execute Drop & Hook and Linehaul routes within the UNIS nationwide terminal network to meet delivery timelines.
• Maintain and operate sleeper trucks and 53’ dry van equipment, conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
