Job summary

K&B Transportation is hiring experienced CDL-A truck drivers for OTR routes nationwide and in the Midwest. Premium pay daily (75 CPM for experienced drivers), a $1,000 sign-on bonus, PTO and full benefits are offered.

Home weekends with 2000+ miles weekly and 75 CPM earnings support a strong annual income. Tractors are Freightliner Cascadia equipped with APUs, refrigerators, and inverters; orientation is paid with travel, lodging, and meals provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• 1 year of current OTR tractor/trailer experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate & drive Class A trucks on OTR routes across the Midwest and national corridors.
• Maintain timely deliveries while staying compliant with safety regulations.
• Adhere to company policies and safety standards; communicate with dispatch as needed.
