C.R. England is urgently hiring CDL-A truck drivers for a dedicated route with home weekly and strong earnings. Drivers can earn up to $125,000 annually with a $1,400 weekly minimum guarantee and mileage, load, and per‑diem pays.

This position requires a valid CDL-A and at least 3 months of experience, must be 21+, and able to pass a DOT drug screen. Family benefits and 401(k) are provided.

Home weekly - top drivers earn up to $125,000 annually. $1,400 weekly minimum guarantee.

• Valid CDL-A and 3+ months of current experience required
• This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must be able to pass a DOT drug screen

This Dedicated Route Offers:

• Home weekly for a 34‑hour rest
• Drivers average $96,000 annually - top 10% earn up to $125,000 per year
• $1,400 weekly minimum guarantee
• Mileage pay
• Load pay
• Layover (24 hours) pay: $200 per day
• Breakdown (24 hours): $200 per day
• Training/retraining pay: $200 per day
• Backhaul pickup pay: $25 per load
• Clean DOT inspection: $25
• Safe & on‑time bonus — up to 3% weekly
• Top‑of‑the‑line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions pulling 53' dry trailers

*if the driver has no accidents, no service failures, refusals and is available 5.5 days.

Route Details:

Family Dollar Oklahoma Fleet is a great account for someone who is looking to drive and to stay active! Drivers will unload the freight using rollers. There are on average of 2–3 loads per week with 2–6 stops per load. Drivers average 1,600 miles per week. Generally 75% of freight delivers in TX and the other 25% in surrounding states, including KS, AR, LA, and MS.
