Job summary

CDL A Sense is seeking OTR CDL-A drivers. Earn $0.57–$0.64 per mile with an average of $1,400–$1,800 weekly, depending on experience. Home weekends or stay out longer for more money. Drivers run mainly east of I-35, possibly covering all 48 states with modern Cascadia/T680s and auto transmissions.

Full benefits start, including rider and pet programs from day one. Locations at Shippensburg, PA; orientations run Monday through Thursday; travel expenses to the terminal are covered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 months experience in the last 36 months with no more than two carriers, and no preventable CMV accidents during the 3 months.
• No more than one at-fault accident in the last three years, DOT Recordable in the last year will be reviewed; no more than three moving violations in the last three years, only one can be a major moving violation.
• Driver must pass urine and hair tests.
• You cannot be terminated from your last job for any safety violation.
• Location: Shippensburg, PA
• Orientations run Monday to Thursday.
• Travel expenses and bus ticket to the closest terminal will be covered.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch freight with a focus on safety and on-time delivery.
• Run primarily east of I-35, with potential coverage of all 48 states.
• Maintain compliant driving records and follow company policies.
• Coordinate travel and orientation logistics as needed.
