Job summary

TransForce is seeking full-time CDL A regional/OTR drivers to join our team in Marne, MI. This role offers a base salary of $68,000–$75,000 per year, plus nightly per diem, a monthly cell phone allowance, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus paid at 6 and 12 months. Home weekends and reefer trailer experience preferred but not required.

Expect early-week routes with 3–4 overnights and backhaul options when available. Automatic transmissions, modern equipment, and solid benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years of experience.
• Comfortable using an electric pallet jack.
• Reefer experience preferred but not required.
• Annual earnings of $68,000–$75,000, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Regional/OTR CDL A driver hauling repackaged food products with a reefer trailer.
• Haul regional routes with stable weekly pay and weekend home time.
• Route: Leave Monday, 3–4 overnights, return by Thursday or Friday.
• Backhaul may occur on Thursday/Friday if no work on Friday.
